Vegan Biscotti Recipe Almond Flour

Ingredients

- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup vegan butter, melted
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup vegan dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, and salt.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together melted vegan butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
4. Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredient bowl and mix together until a dough forms.
5. Fold in chocolate chips and almonds.
6. Transfer dough to the baking sheet and shape into a log about 12 inches long and 3 inches wide.
7. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
8. Slice log into 1/2 inch thick slices and place them back onto the baking sheet. Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
9. Allow biscotti to cool before serving.
